Tatiana Habanova, DC, DACNB, is a member of the Faculty ACA (FACA). She is a certified Pilates rehabilitation practitioner, chiropractic sports physician, and functional medicine practitioner. Dr. Habanova serves on the Practical Examination Committee for the American Chiropractic Board of Neurology.
Dr. Habanova will discuss the five foundational Pilates rehabilitative concepts that enhance chiropractic clinical outcomes. Attendees will learn and experience the five Pilates rehabilitative concepts and discover ways to incorporate them into a lesson plan.

During the course of 2 hours, Dr. Habanova will review the neuroanatomy and neurophysiology underlying brain fog, define brain fog within a functional neurology and functional medicine model, discuss the cognitive, physical, and limbic effects of brain fog, outline the various causes of brain fog, introduce the neuro necessities framework, and contrast the difference between metabolic vs neurologic brain fog.
